AI voice agents
that work the floor.
An AI voice agent answers every call, calls back every lead that asked, qualifies them, books the meeting and writes it all back to your CRM. It hands off to a person whenever a person should take it.
What an AI voice agent does: it handles the phone work that slips when your team is busy, such as answering after hours, calling back new leads, qualifying and booking. Every call is recorded with its outcome in your CRM. We run one on our own sales floor at Canadian Funding Partners, next to human callers.
01 / What it handles
The calls
that slip today.
- Inbound
Answer every call
Day, night and weekend. It answers questions, qualifies and books, or routes to the right person.
- Callbacks
Call back the leads who asked
New form fills and missed calls get a call back in minutes, not tomorrow.
- Handoff
Hand off to a person
Live transfer to a ring group when a caller is ready or asks for someone, with the context passed along.
- Write-back
Log every call
Summary, outcome and next step written back to the CRM after each call, so nobody re-keys anything.
02 / How we build it
Process first,
then the voice.
- 01
Confirm the bottleneck
If missed or slow calls aren't what limits your sales, a voice agent won't help. We check first.
- 02
Script the job, not the words
What the agent must find out, what it may promise, when it must hand off. Agents that read scripts sound like it.
- 03
Build, wire and test
Telephony, calendar and CRM connected; tests built from real calls run before it goes live.
- 04
Run and improve
We run it: every call is logged with its outcome and any human override, reviewed, and fed back into the next version.
03 / In Canada
Inside
the rules.
Outbound calling in Canada falls under the CRTC's Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules, including the National Do Not Call List. Calls are recorded only with notice, under privacy law. We design every agent to those rules. We are not lawyers: confirm the specifics for your business with counsel.
- 01
Who it calls
Leads who asked to be contacted, and your existing customers. Not cold lists.
- 02
What it says
We recommend it says early that it is an AI assistant, and hands off to a person on request.
- 03
What it keeps
Recordings, transcripts and outcomes stay in your accounts, under your retention rules.
Questions
Straight
answers.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
They should. We recommend the agent says it's an AI assistant early in the call and offers a person whenever one is wanted. It's better for trust, and it sets the right expectations.
Which platforms do you build on?
We've built on ElevenLabs Agents, OpenAI's realtime models and GoHighLevel's voice tools, with Twilio for telephony. We pick the platform after we know the job, not before.
Do you run it, or hand it over?
Either. We usually run it at first, because the first weeks of real calls are where the agent gets good. The accounts, recordings and decision ledger are yours from day one.
Is an AI voice agent legal in Canada?
Answering inbound calls and calling people who asked to hear from you is routine. Unsolicited outbound calling is regulated by the CRTC and the National DNCL. We design to those rules, but this isn't legal advice.
